Although Jason is in charge now, Our Sausage kitchen still uses recipes that Grampa Chuck Plummer perfected decades ago. Our highly trained crew are ready to process your meat into a variety of delicious products with time tested methods, old school care, and modern equipment.
Although we can not accept bone in animals, we can produce any combination of the items below subject to receiving your good quality CLEAN, BONELESS TRIM (no bones, dirt, grass, fat). Check out our game processing page to learn how to get your meat ready for processing into these delicious products. then choose your favorites and drop the meat by our Lower Valley Location. No need to call ahead.
Note: All provided meat will be inspected. Any meat that is not cleaned and trimmed will be returned unprocessed.
Approximately 20 – 30% of quality inspected pork will be added to all of our sausage products. The price per pound is determined and charged by the final weight.
All prices include Vacuum packing.
