Lower Valley Processing

Due to staffing and regulatory issues, we cannot accept BONE-IN game until further notice.

• We will accept CLEAN, BONELESS TRIM (no bones, dirt, grass, fat) that is ready for grinding and/or sausage products.
• All provided meat will be inspected. Any meat that is not cleaned and trimmed will be returned unprocessed.
• There is no need to call ahead, you can drop meat by during our regular hours
